Spring Break

For Spring break we went to Houston for the weekend, and then to Austin for a couple days. It was great to see the Peeler's and their house because we haven't gotten a chance to get down there yet. Erica and I ditched out on church and went shopping at the Galleria, which is an AWESOME mall. We had a lot of fun hanging out, playing Rock Band, and spending time with Erica and BJ and the kids.

We had a lot of fun in Austin too b/c everyone was there, including my Grandma. We got to spend a lot of time with the family, which was great. Chris, me, my mom, and Grandma went outlet shopping in San Marcos and we literally spent all day there, which was a dream day for me (even though I don't think Chris liked it that much haha). Anyways, it was great to see the family, and we miss you all!!

Me and Chris and the Peeler kids. We can't wait for the twins to come!!!

Me and Gracie with twin hair (minus the color :) ).

Me and Tanner

Kyler was being so cute! He finally would let me hold him and play with him without crying for Erica. He was talking a lot too. He kept saying "I go" whenever he wanted out of the car, and one time we were stopped at a stoplight and he shouted "GO!" It was hilarious.

Utah

I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while. I know I've been a slacker. Here our some pics from our trip to Utah, which I know was FOREVER AGO (January). I'll try to do better next time.

Chris's sis-in-law Jenny, bro Jeff, and sis Jenny

This is our little niece Lyndsey. Isn't she adorable?

While in UT, we went bowling with Tava (aka: Tator) my old roommate. She just moved back from Pittsburg so it was awesome to see her b/c I haven't seen her for a while.

People always make fun of Tava and me b/c of our big mouths, so we decided to not be ashamed of our claim to fame.

Don't ask.

Chris' sis Angela. I don't remember where we were going...that's probably why I'm not supposed to wait 2 months to post pics.

Chris and I went with Jeff, Meygen, and Cory to the Nickelcade (yes, it's an arcade that charges nickels). It was pretty entertaining.

Me and Meygs (aka: Fluff).

Meygen and her husband Cory

Chris and Jeff (again, don't ask).

Christmas and More

Sorry it has been so long since we blogged! Not too much has happened...we were just busy with school and work. We finished our first semester and its nice to be done with finals. For Christmas we went to my parents' house in Austin. Grandma and Jared and Jeni's family were there, but the rest of the family was out of town so it was a smaller group then usual, but we still had a lot of fun, even though we missed everyone. After Christmas, Jared and Jeni and kids came to our house for a couple of days, and then Grandma, Mom, and Dad came up as well. Unfortunately, Dad's trip was a little short because he was allergic to the cats, which was disappointing. We hung out at home, did some sight seeing, and that was about it. Anyways, here are a few pics. Hope you all had a good Christmas!

Jazlynn, Dad, Mom, Jaydon, Grandma, and Janae on Christmas

This is Chris and me with our cat cups. Thanks Mom! This picture makes me laugh. I think Jazlynn was watching Dora and that's why she couldn't look up. Also, in case you can't tell, she is holding our cat.

Grandma and Janae

We took my Mom and Grandma to the lake near our house. Everything is pretty dry and brown right now because it's winter, but my Mom and Grandma still thought it was pretty and kept saying they could imagine what it would look like in the spring. hehe. I guess they will have to come back and see if they were right.

Jeni and I went shopping and I got lip gloss shaped like lips. Haha.

Janae loved to play with our cats. Here is a pic of her with Eric. He was a good sport that week.

Updated Pics of Our House

Here are some updated pics of our house, now that we are done moving in and painting.

The messy office.

In case you are wondering, that is Chris' hand in the pic. haha.

My Parents' Visit

Last weekend my parents came to visit. We had a great time with them! We went and saw the memorial where the federal building in OKC was bombed. I definately recommend that everyone sees that at some point. We also went and saw some Roman art at a museum and went to the River Walk in OKC. Sorry, I didn't take that many pics, but here are a few.

Gross

One thing that I had about OK is that all of the bugs are freakishly large. I think there is something in the water. :) Here is a gigantic spider that was outside our window. At first Chris refused to kill it, but after repeated nightmeres I had to put my foot down (literally...hehe jk).

The Sky is Falling

One thing that I love about OK is that it has the prettiest sky. Here are a couple of random pics I've taken.
